ROLE SUMMARY We are looking to hire a Web Administrator who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s websites and servers. They ensure that the websites are up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly. The Web Administrator will provide technical support and troubleshoot any website-related issues.

They are also tasked with developing new features and content, as well as maintaining the site’s security and performance.

KEY DUTIES ·        Maintenance and periodic update of company website content and ensuring content are accurate and compliant with company policies

·        Designing and implementing web servers applying patches and updates.

·        Creating and analyzing reports on web activity, web page hit count, traffic pattern, and similar performance metrics.

·        Support users and stakeholders in the development and documentation of business requirements.

·        Implementing new software products, tools, systems, and upgrades.

·        Develop and maintain user and technical manuals and guidelines.

·        Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.

·        Provide desktop support to end-users by responding to requests for technical assistance.

·        Recommending upgrades to the network, server, and related equipment, software, and other relevant improvements.

·        Manage virtual hosting infrastructure and back-end storage.

·        Implementing various authentication mechanisms for application.

·        Set up or maintain monitoring tools on web servers or websites.

·        Monitoring web traffic statistics such as page views, bandwidth consumption, and click-through rates.

·        Setting up user accounts and providing customer service to customers who use the website.

·        Administer internet/intranet infrastructure, including components such as web file transfer protocol (FTP), and news and mail servers.

 

JOB/ PERSON SPECIFICATION  

●       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

●       Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Web Administrator or related field

●       Verse in programming and maintaining network routers, switches, and firewalls.

●       Experienced in Web hosting and domain management

●       Knowledgeable in Data Management.

●       Proficient in the use of Linux, SQL, CPANEL, FTP, and SSH.

●       Knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

●       Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla.

●       Strong understanding of website security and best practices.

●       Excellent problem-solving skills.

ROLE SUMMARY As a Social Media Digital Marketer, you will be tasked with the responsibility of implementing the company’s social media, digital content, and video strategies.

The Specialist will handle EasyWin’s online presence by developing strategies to drive traffic to all our social media handles, develop innovative digital content, and boost visibility and consistent customer and client engagement. We are looking to hire a passionate and experienced Social/ Digit Social Media Digital Marketer with a minimum of 3 years working in a similar role.

 

The objective is to develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies to promote our Company products as well as portray a positive brand perception using various digital channels.

 

KEY DUTIES ·        Using social media marketing tools to portray and maintain a positive image of the company’s brand

·        Responsible for content creation across the company’s Social media handles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and engaging with users across all channels

·        Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers and setting targets to increase follower engagement

·        Manage and monitor Web traffic metrics and Search Engine Optimization

·        Collaborate with the Business Development, Customer service, and other teams to ensure brand consistency

·        Responding to comments, and queries on all our social media handles and developing discussions centered around our products.

·        Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns by working with the marketing team
